By using POSITIV BALL, you agree to the following terms:
1. Age Requirement
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old to use this application.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use appropriate profile pictures and usernames that are not offensive, obscene, or misleading. No external links are allowed in usernames or profiles.
3. Content Rules
Voice messages must not contain illegal content, hate speech, harassment, threats, or explicit material. You are responsible for all content you share. All messages should maintain the positive spirit of the community.
4. Moderation
POSITIV BALL has a team of moderators who actively ensure compliance with the application's rules. Moderators review reported content and may take appropriate action. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to remove balloons that do not comply with our standards. All users agree to respect moderators' decisions.
5. Account Suspension
Violation of these terms may result in your account being suspended or permanently banned, with no refund of any subscription fees.
6. Privacy
We collect and process your data according to our Privacy Policy to provide and improve our services.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your audio messages, but by sharing them on POSITIV BALL, you grant the application a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute this content on the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
POSITIV BALL is not responsible for interactions between users or consequences of using the service. The application is provided "as is" without any warranty.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting in the application. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the "My Profile" section. This will permanently delete all your personal data, audio messages, likes, and conversations.
11. Balloon-Specific Rules
Audio messages must respect the 5-second limit, be clearly audible, and maintain the positive spirit of the community. Cryptic, coded, or double-meaning messages intended to circumvent our rules are also prohibited.
12. Reporting and Moderator Actions
In case of reports for non-compliance with conditions (inappropriate profile picture, inappropriate username, external links in username, inappropriate sounds), you agree that moderators may, at their discretion, delete your account without notice, including if you have an ongoing subscription, without possibility of refund.
13. Subscription Terms
POSITIV BALL Premium Monthly subscription provides unlimited messaging with other users and costs $4.99 per month
The subscription automatically renews each month until canceled
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel your subscription by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
No refunds will be granted for any partially used subscription periods
